June 2007 - n° 6
A Word from the President

On behalf of the whole WFSBP leadership, I wish you and your family a wonderful and enjoyable summer. Let me thank you for your ongoing support and interest in the developments of our Federation.

Over the summer we will keep working on the preparations of the WFSBP 2009 Congress in Paris. Thus we will present to you the First Announcement at the beginning of the new academic year. The WFSBP 2009 Paris Congress promises to be a highly successful and cutting-edge scientific event. In this sense we are very much looking forward to your scientific contributions for this major congress.

During the ECNP Congress in Vienna this autumn, please make sure to visit the WFSBP booth where updated information will be available and where the staff of the WFSBP Global Headquarters will assist you. Several WFSBP meetings will also be held. The meeting results and further evolvements of the Federation will be reported to you in time.

Sincerely yours,

Siegfried Kasper, MD
WFSBP President
